Panel to Discuss the Relationship between Social Emotional Learning and Preventative Mental Health
Panel, including representatives from school districts and SEL organizations, to provide holistic view on how schools can address students’ mental health
Charlotte N.C. (Oct. 11, 2019) — To help students succeed academically, schools must find ways to address their non-academic needs as well. One of the biggest of these is preventative mental health. On Oct. 16, 2019, a panel of educators and social-emotional learning (SEL) organizations will participate in a free webinar to provide insight into this important issue and discuss how schools can take a holistic approach to preventative mental health.
