SAN FRANCISCO, June 14, 2016 – Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) in Cleveland, Ohio partnered with SchoolMint, the leading provider of mobile and online enrollment and school choice systems for PreK-12 district, charter, and independent schools, to support the implementation of its school choice program. Telemedicine Therapy Services Now Eligible for Medicaid Reimbursement for Florida Schools and Districts

Starting June 20, 2016, education agencies across Florida utilizing PresenceLearning telemedicine services for students with special needs will have equal access to Medicaid funds

SAN FRANCISCO, June 13, 2016 – Florida schools’ eligibility to receive Medicaid reimbursement from the state for their use of telemedicine services starts just before the 2016-17 school year. The new legislation will increase school districts’ access to telemedicine services such as PresenceLearning’s live, online speech and occupational therapy, behavioral interventions and mental health services, assessments, and early childhood services.

National KidWind Challenge Champions Announced in New Orleans

A total of 192 students competed in the National KidWind Challenge during the 2016 AWEA WINDPOWER 2016 Conference & Exhibition
